| Payment for puppies Deposit *$200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place in the picking of the pups. *Personal checks are accepted for deposits. Balance *Full payment is required at eight weeks or time of pick up which ever comes first. *if paying with Paypal or personal cheque 14 days must be given before pickup. *first pick goes in order of deposits given. *puppies that don't get picked up within a few days of their 8 week birthday will be subject to a $10.00/day charge due to the training that goes into pups of this age. ie: crate, potty, and leash |

| While puppies are here: *exploring the house and getting used to an open crate at 4 weeks * going outdoors to play/pee (weather permitting) at 5 weeks *crate training and house training starts at 6 weeks. *no more papers and locked in crates at night time starts at 7 weeks. *Puppies stay here with us and their mother until they are 8 weeks old. All puppies are handled daily from the time they are born, and are used to being underfoot and the sounds of a normal household. They are all exposed to the cat and horses making new contacts with new animals easy. They are well on their way to being house trained while here, papers from the time they are mobile, then frequent trips We use positive reinforcement to train the pups. We use a bell on the door handle to train pups to ring bell to go outdoors. (highly affective) We feed Chicken Soup for the Puppy lovers soul to our dogs & pups. (5* rating) We use food grade Diatomaceous Earth for flea and worm treatment as a natural and very effective alternative to chemical treatments. | Studding Our boys are available for stud service to approved girls. Your girl must be up to date on vaccines and de-wormed recently. Must be over a year old and have had at least one heat skipped prior to being bred. Must get along well with other dogs, children and cats. We will not breed dogs with aggressive issues or with knowledge of health issues. We reserve the right not to allow breeding upon observation of temperament. Price is the amount you will be selling the puppies for, due at time of breeding. Breeding is guaranteed to take or a repeat breeding the following heat at no charge. Three pups guaranteed or a repeat breeding will be given at no charge. Recommended time of visit with the male is 7-12 days. |
| Boarding We occasionally board past puppies of ours or family dogs while on vacation. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines, de-wormed. Dogs are treated as our own while here so must be used to a family setting. Also must get along well with other dogs, children and cats. Recommended to bring blanket from home and food so we can keep your pooch as much on schedule as possible. Price is $15.00/night We are licenced and inspected by the NBSPCA |
| Champion titles If one of our CKC registered puppies from here achieves a champion title we will reimburse you $400.00 Upon a picture and photo copy of title. |
